Lane Tree Golf Course
An 18-hole, USGA spec-built golf couse, Lane Tree Golf Course, with it's three-story clubhouse, is poised to be one of the best golf experiences in North Carolina. Designed by architect John LaFoy, LTGC is naturally located on a hilly terrain with a wide, unmatched topographical range that at its highest vantage points, lend a dynamic view of the entire course.

Hole designs are 1/2 scottish and 1/2 southern traditional with a couple of holes appearing like those from the mountainous region. You'll find five holes bordered by the Little River with 15 ponds or lakes on the course and over 5 miles of paved cart paths surrounding the course.

Our grass practice range is unlike any other in the area and the large practice putting green is conveniently located adjacent to the pro shop.

LTGC ranks as best greens in eastern North Carolina by the 1998-1999 Golf Digest´s Places to Play. Rated one of the places to play, with 3 1/2 stars by Golf Digest in 1996/1997 and 1998/1999, LTGC is consistently rated as one of the “100 best places to play” in the Mid-Atlantic by the Washington (D.C.) Golf Monthly.

A full-service restautant-style grill is open for breakfast, lunch and short-order service all other times. With daily lunch specials, and a second to none breakfast menu, diners come early to beat the rush. Casual dining at its best with a magnificent view.

The clubhouse is available for your next event and can accomodate your every need, be it a wedding or reception, class reunion, business meeting, convention, private party, etc.

In-house catering is available for smaller functions, with a wide variety of catering available for larger, specialized events. The friendly, courteous staff is ready to take care of even the smallest detail to make your evening at Lane Tree a memorable one.

The layout of the clubhouse can accomodate up to 350 comfortably and 250 if the large dance floor is utilized. We also have a raised stage for your band or DJ.
